  1. Super Excited for you all!

I cannot wait to see Charlie in your arms. His picture with his family pillow is darling! What a smile! He looks like a ton of fun.

We always bring a ziploc bag and rubberbands to put over the sink in the bathroom so we don't accidentally run our toothbrush under it. Are you bringing extra toothbrushes just in case that happens?? Keep your mouth closed in the shower!

Once you get to Guangzhou, relax a little!! You are so much closer to home! The island where the medical clinic and some of the hotels are located in Gaungzhou (Victory and White Swan) feels like a little adoptive parents respite place. Check out the White Swan Hotel in Guangzhou if you get time. It is a China Adoption icon! The breakfast buffet is fabulous (when its free which is only when you stay there). The red couches are in the lobby if you know about the red couch picture tradition. The indoor pond with the fish and mini waterfall at the White Swan has kept many a kid entertained for at least a little while!

Laugh, Enjoy and Don't worry about being stared at! It is a trip of a lifetime.
